Are you interested in the intersection of AI, data-driven decision-making, and the future of work? Join the Centre’s researchers Dr Melinda Laundon, Associate Professor Penny Williams (with US and European colleagues) at EURAM 2025 in beautiful Florence (Italy) to dive deep into how AI, big data, and algorithmic management are redefining HR, employment relations, and organizational behavior! 

Their track is dedicated to exploring:

  • The role of AI and collaborative robots (cobots) in shaping modern workforces
  • How algorithmic management is influencing work design, employee decision-making, and organizational outcomes
  • The impact of emerging tech on employee well-being and employment relations
  • Reconsidering established theories in OB, HR, and ER to address the challenges of a tech-enabled future

Researchers, practitioners, and scholars from diverse fields are invited to contribute to this interdisciplinary track and help shape the future of work!
