Join us in-person for a day of demonstrations and talks about how the latest robotics technology can be used in manufacturing and the skills your employees need to work alongside the technology.
Event Details
We invite you to join us on 15th July at our Manufacturing Industry event held in person at the Advanced Robotics for Manufacturing (ARM) Hub in Northgate.
We will showcase the latest robotics research with examples of how the technology can be applied to manufacturing and also provide insight into the organisational change considerations that should be
considered when implementing technology.
The day will be split into three sessions with lunch included and attendees are welcome to attend all or part of the day with refreshments and the opportunity to network with other organisations and researchers.

11:00am Session 2 – QUT Centre for Robotics presentations including projects and examples of collaboration.
12:30pm Lunch
1:00pm Session 3 – Australian Cobotics Centre presentations
includes demonstrations and presentations on change management and skills for advanced
manufacturing.
3:00pm Refreshments and networking
4:00pm Finish
The event is suitable for Manufacturing Managers, Engineers, Continuous Improvement Managers, HR and People managers and other Senior Managers.

Parking: Ample free parking is available around the perimeter of the building, and ARM Hub is immediately adjacent to the Northgate Train Station.
Safety: Please wear closed-in shoes. High-vis vests will be supplied on the day.
COVID-19: Current COVID-19 guidelines will be implemented including local and Queensland Government digital sign in on arrival, as well as:
- Wearing of face masks (as designated by Qld State Government)
- Physical distancing
- Good hand hygiene
