Dasun is a Senior Research Engineer (Robotics and Automation Systems) at The Queensland University of Technology (QUT) with a PhD in robotics – awarded for researching collision avoidance strategies for unmanned aircraft. Coming from a dual degree background in mechatronic engineering and business management, he is passionate about programming and robotics, with a focus on bringing positive change to how we live our lives through technology. It is his goal to bring innovative and diverse thinking to technological developments in the industry through comprehensive research and development.
